This is an interesting question you are asking. Only very few people are poor by choice, most others are disenfranchised, indigent or enslaved by neediness a habit or illness and misfortune. Rich folks don’t like to share the wealth, they know how to hold on to it and accumulate more, and most of them are politicians. Politicians write regulations that are beneficial to themselves first, they don’t care how many people are   marginalized and disenfranchised, I have never heard of a poor politician.

Look at us; trying to marginalize the teachers, “their pay and the benefits, who do they think they are with that hefty pension!”

Many people are convicted that collective bargaining is wrong, but if we look at it closer it is only wrong because racketeers and politicians are invaded in the process. Republicans like to get rid of the department of education and that all that is and they don’t care who gets hurt in the process. If a worker doesn’t have job security he doesn’t have a living wage, he is poor. Poor people have difficulty educating themselves and their family so poverty is being passed on from generation to generation just like wealth. There is this old adage; if you give a fish to a man, you will feed him for a day; if you teach him how to fish you’ll feed him for life. Well I have my own saying, I already know how to fish, now I am looking for the access to the fishing pond and that one I’m willing to fight for. Please don’t give me charity, just get out of my way.

This is my answer and I’m sticking to it!
